USDA loans have been a super sweet option for many home buyers in Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay and other areas which were once considered “rural” by the USDA. The program allows buyers to purchase a home with 100% financing. WOW. These loans are income dependant, so your lender can help you determine if you are eligible. However, the USDA now realizes that Holly Springs and such are not really farm land which needs to be developed. Thus, the USDA eligible properties have been redrawn as of October 1st. The good news is that the current maps will be grandfathered in until March 2012. So, if you are thinking of selling your Apex, Holly Springs area home…you might want to get to it in order to attract the most buyers possible.
